Natan Jacobs is Founding Principal and Designated Broker of Vestis Group. He’s a native Phoenician that has not only been a witness to the city’s tremendous growth, but is also involved in it through his developments, renovation projects, and volunteer work.
As Principal of Vestis Group, Natan helps bring together buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in retail, office, industrial, multifamily and residential real estate. He’s committed to helping business owners and investors understand the market so that they can grow their business and be part of Phoenix’s future.
MATT MORRELL
PARTNER
Matt Morrell is a recognized and respected retail broker in the Phoenix area who specializes in landlord and tenant representation, ground-up development and acquisition and disposition of assets. Prior to joining Vestis Group, Matt served as President of De Rito Partners Inc., an award-winning retail real estate firm, overseeing 20 retail brokers and 180 listings.
Prior to that, Matt served as Executive Vice President of De Rito Partners Inc. where he oversaw the leasing and marketing of 45 company-owned commercial real estate assets, totaling over 2 million square-feet of retail space. For over 16-years, Matt Morrell has represented national, regional and local tenants with their expansion plans in Arizona.
