Vestis Group Completes Sale Of Wilson Apartments In Downtown Tempe

Vestis Group completed the sale of Wilson Apartments, located at 1029 S Wilson Street in Downtown Tempe, for $950,000 or $73,077 per unit.

Hinson Management LLC of Scottsdale, Arizona sold Wilson Apartments, located at 1029 S Wilson Street, in Downtown Tempe to a private Canadian investment group from Vancouver, British Columbia for $950,000. Natan Jacobs, Les Litwin and Victoria Miachika with Vestis Group in Phoenix represented the Buyer in the sale of this Tempe multifamily property. Terry Kass with Caliber Realty Group in Scottsdale represented the Seller.
